update SM 2350

hi, i just joined this forum. i hope there is someone online to help me out with this. i have supermax 2350 which i haven't used for some months. i wanted to update it and start using it. but as i was trying to update it, i lost all signal and the receiver is displaying Lnbp. have i destroyed my receiver? thanks for your support!

ሎደር ፕሮግራም እና RS232 ኬብል ተጠቅመህ ይህንን ሶፍትዌር ከኮምፒዩተርህ ላይ ወደ ሪሲቨሩ ጫንበት ይስተካከላል፡፡
(አንተ ግልጽ አድርገህ ባትናገረውም ያው ታሳቢ ያደረኩት አፕዴት ልታደርግ ከመሞከርህ በፊት ሪሲቨርህ በአግባቡ ይሰራ እንደነበረ ነው)

thanks kstar for your reply. i think i made a mistake and i didn't have the right software which i downloaded from some site. Now i have the right software from this forum, i think i have updated my receiver without any problem. My receiver works alright but i need to find the frequencies of the channels i want and try it over the weekend. i hope to have your support in the process. thanks a lot kstar. i love this forum

የፈለከውን ሳታላይት ፍሪኪዮንሲ አንድ ሁለቱን እራስህ ማንዋሊ በጅህ አስገብተህ ከዛ ብላይንድ ስካን ስታደርገው የተቀሩት ሁሉም ይገቡልሃል፡፡
ያው የሳታላይቱ ሲግናል ያለበት co-axial ኬብል ላይ ተሰክቶ ማለት ነው፡፡
አለዚያ ደግሞ ቻናሎች ያሉበት ሌል ሪሲቨርን ዳታ ዳምፕ አድርገህ ወደዚህኛው በፍላሽ ማምጣት ነው፡፡

thank you kstar for replying to my message again. i have been trying to set up my receiver for hours now but i do not know what the problem is. Anyway i will try to look around this forum if i can find some info that can help me. Otherwise i am afraid i need to call a technician.

hi dears! hope someone out there would help me with this thing. i am confused here. i tried to update my sm 2350 receiver. i read somewhere i should use the allcode option when i use the dampfile, and in another place i read i should use the damp option. well i tried both. and i lost all signals. i am left with the names of the channels bicha. min yishalal?! i am very much interested in the news cahnnels ... thanks for your support.

ቀደም ብለህ እኮ LNBP ብሎ ጸጥ አለ ነበር ያልከው፡፡
