Please, how can i set skew angle of Lnb? For example to rise a signal of channels

By rotating it in either clockwise or unticlockwise direction.
You need to make sure that you are not covering the dish with your body while doing so.
As the reading could also be affected by the movement of your hand, take a note of the reading
only after you set yourself away from the sight of the dish.
Just like elivation and azimuth angles, skew angle also depends on your location.
