| Gender changer (female to female) cable can be found @ Kazanchis in-front of Palace commercial center @ Fikir Computer and accessories shop for 150 Birr. | |

tamiratta... don't forget always that the first option for everybody is RS232 cable one end USB and the other end female. | |

| ..........And i dnt think no one has successfully modified prolific usb to rs232 male cable set to female cable set.....i understand every dish technician need the usb to female cable.......but i have an unimaginable idea abt it if sm1 cud get usb to male cable set....call me its free from any charge. grab ma fon fm admin. | |

| what about an accessory cable delivered together with some PC s???....it perfectly attached with the receiver but the other end is not USB and not also compatible with the laptop RSS....is there any option to modify that cable to make it one end USB????? | |

I couldn't quite grasp what you meant by that, could you make your question a bit clear? In general USB to RS adapters aren't just mere cables. They have an integrated circuit that maps one protocol to another . | |
